Successful case study of induction heating equipment shows that induction heating melting is a metallurgical process in which metal materials and other auxiliary materials are melted in a heating furnace, and the furnace material undergoes certain physical and chemical changes in the induction heating medium frequency furnace.

感应加热熔炼是将金属材料及其它辅助材料投入加热炉熔化，炉料在感应加热中频炉内发生一定的物理、化学变化的冶金过程。感应加热熔炼在中频炉的感应线圈中通过交变电流使炉膛中的炉料加热熔化，熔化后的液态金属被感应加热设备中频炉加热到所需温度。
